History
Ergo Meccanica represent a solid organization on Oil&Gas sector. It was founded in 1997 by a group of technicians skilled in construction and Global Service Maintenance including supply of pressure vessels, storage tanks, metallic structures and provision of EPC services for industrial plants including decommissioning works.
The company is led by strong know-how in particular on Construction and Maintenance of industrial plant and Pressure equipment.
Operational Headquarters
The main prefabrication activities of structures, systems, piping and pressure vessels are carried out within the production complex located in the Industrial Zone of Gela (CL) consisting of 2 modern and equipped workshops of 30000 square meters and 1 covered warehouse of 4000sqm divided on several levels and managed by e-solver management software, uncovered areas of 10000sqm and offices of 800sqm on three levels.
Managing all the processing phases from the raw material to the finished product, including sandblasting, insulation and painting.
The operational facility spans 6,000 square meters on a 15,000 square meter site located in the industrial zone of Giammoro – San Filippo Del Mela (ME). It boasts a height of 12.35 meters and state-of-the-art equipment housed within the facility.
Construction Site
Ergo Meccanica has an equipped construction site at each refinery, depot, plant where it carries out the work under a framework or specific contract.
Workshop supplies for the needs manufact and prefabricating, an area for the material stockage, service,EM’s is capable to satisfy 20-25 simultaneos yards both in Italy and abroad, ensuring the complete operativity by equipments and highly qualified personnel.
